Appointment & Cancellation Policy

​

At 11 North Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To protect our providers’ schedules and ensure fairness to all clients, the following policies strictly apply:

 

Card on File Requirement

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.
By booking, you authorize 11 North Aesthetics to charge applicable fees in accordance with this policy.

 

Appointment Deposits

Some services, consultations, and promotional appointments require a reservation fee or deposit (such as a $29 booking fee) in order to secure your appointment time.

Appointment deposits are non-refundable. No Exceptions. 

However, if you need to reschedule and provide a minimum of 24 hours notice, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward any service offered at 11 North Aesthetics.

Your deposit does not have to be used for the originally scheduled service and may be applied to any treatment listed on our spa menu. Please see our service menu for available options.

If an appointment is missed (No-Show) or cancelled with less than 24-hours notice, the deposit will not be applied to future services and will be forfeited.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24-hours notice for any cancellation or scheduling changes.

Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice will incur a $50 Cancellation Fee, charged to the card on file.

A confirmed appointment that results in a No-Show will incur a $50 No-Show Fee, charged to the card on file.

Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the appointment deposit.

 

Promotional Offers & Deposits

Appointment deposits are 100% transferable to a rescheduled appointment only if a minimum of 24-hours notice is provided.

When rescheduling a promotional offer, the full promotional amount will be required to be paid in full upfront at the time of rebooking.

Promotional treatments must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date.
After 30 days, the promotional offer becomes void and invalid.

 

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late will forfeit their appointment and will be required to reschedule. This policy is firm. No exceptions. 

For services such as body sculpting, late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, as we must remain on schedule for the clients booked after you. We kindly ask that you arrive on time so you may receive the full benefit of your treatment.

Applicable cancellation fees and/or deposit forfeiture will apply.

Two consecutive late arrivals will result in loss of booking privileges.

No-Show & Booking Privileges

A No-Call / No-Show will result in:

• Immediate forfeiture of the appointment deposit
• A $50 No-Show Fee charged to the card on file

Clients who No-Call / No-Show will not be permitted to book future appointments at 11 North Aesthetics.

Repeated cancellations or policy violations will result in termination of booking privileges.

 

Our Commitment

Our goal is to provide exceptional, uninterrupted care in a luxury, timely environment for all clients. 

Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals directly impact our providers and other clients waiting for appointments.

If you need to reschedule, please call us directly at 904-310-3912 as soon as possible.

We appreciate your respect for our time, team, and small business.

 

Consultation Policy

Consultations are $50 and are required for certain treatments to ensure the safest and most effective treatment plan.

The $50 consultation fee may be applied toward any service offered at 11 North Aesthetics, even if you decide not to proceed with the procedure originally discussed during the consultation.

Consultation fees are non-refundable, but they remain available as a credit toward future services, provided that the appointment policies are followed.

If a consultation appointment is missed, cancelled with less than 24-hours notice, or affected by late arrival that prevents the consultation from being completed, the consultation fee will be forfeited.

Refund Policy & Terms of Agreement

At 11 North Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care. Due to the nature of aesthetic services, we have established the following refund policy to protect both our patients and our business.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested by the client, but are not guaranteed. Refunds may be issued only after review and approval by the owner of 11 North Aesthetics.

  • Correspondence regarding the refund request will be provided within seven (7) business days, either explaining the reason for denial or confirming that a refund will be initiated.

  • If a patient is found to be noncompliant with pre- or post-treatment instructions, or otherwise engages in behavior that could compromise the safety, effectiveness, or ethical delivery of treatment, the owner reserves the right to cancel all or part of the treatment plan. In such cases, the patient may be refunded the remaining balance of unused services at the owner’s discretion.

  • Refunds will be adjusted to account for:

    • Credit card processing fees (2.9% or applicable rate) which are non-refundable.

    • Any used or opened products provided to the patient, such as prep creams or topical solutions.

    • Completed treatment sessions, which will be billed at the regular session rate and deducted from any potential refund.

 

2. Change of Mind – No Treatment Rendered

If a patient purchases a service but later decides not to proceed before any treatment or preparation begins, a refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • A merchant processing fee of 2.9% (or the rate charged by the payment processor) will be deducted from the refund. This fee is non-refundable to our business once the card is charged.

  • If any products were provided as part of the treatment package (e.g., prep creams, topical solutions) and those products have been opened or used, the retail cost of those products will be deducted from the total refund.

 

3. Treatment Initiated – Partial Refunds

If a treatment has already begun (e.g., a series of body sculpting sessions or microneedling has started), and the patient chooses not to continue for personal reasons, a partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of the owner.

In such cases:

  • Cost of any completed sessions will be deducted.

  • Cost of any used or opened medical products (including but not limited to microneedling tips, solutions, prep creams, post-care items, etc.) will be deducted.

  • Merchant processing fees are non-refundable.

 

4. Medical Reactions or Adverse Events

In the rare event a patient experiences a medical reaction or adverse outcome:

  • A refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis after clinical review and documentation.

  • Refunds for medical reasons are not guaranteed unless there is evidence of negligence on the part of 11 North Aesthetics.

 

5. Discretion of the Owner

All refunds, whether partial or full, are issued at the sole discretion of the owner of 11 North Aesthetics. The clinic reserves the right to deny any refund that does not meet the above criteria.

By purchasing any service or package at 11 North Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
